Tanggung Jawab
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely manner.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Educate customers on self-service options and troubleshooting steps.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or a related client-facing role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
