Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and speed.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing accurate information.
- Process customer requests, orders, and inquiries in our internal system accurately.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer issues or service improvements.
- Continuously learn and keep updated with product knowledge and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Possess a patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara.
