Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding insurance policy details and claims.
- Provide accurate and timely information to policyholders while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and resolve client concerns by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions and account updates in the CRM system with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere to industry-standard compliance guidelines and data privacy regulations.
- Meet and exceed daily productivity targets and quality assurance benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least a Senior High School Graduate (K-12) or equivalent; College graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment is highly preferred, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and web-based navigation.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, empathetic attitude toward customer service.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
