- Troubleshoot client concerns by providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to streamline support processes and improve service quality.

Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Representative, or similar remote role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, home-based setup with reliable high-speed internet.
