Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver world-class customer service via various communication channels to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Promote and explain XL-Smart products and services to prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve individual and team-based sales targets consistently.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and professional resolution.
- Conduct product demonstrations during sales exhibitions or on-site activations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the database.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement effective strategies to increase brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in Customer Service, Sales Promotion (SPG/SPB), or Direct Sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive and friendly personality.
- Target-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed performance benchmarks.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Proficient in local language; fluency in English is a plus.
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to work in various locations within the Jabodetabek area.
