Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and speed.
- Process orders accurately and maintain up-to-date documentation in our CRM system.
- Proactively resolve customer complaints by investigating issues and providing effective solutions.
- Coordinate with internal supply chain and warehouse teams to track delivery statuses for clients.
- Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and service performance for management.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Leviat’s product range to provide accurate technical assistance.
- Support sales and administrative teams in daily operational tasks to ensure service continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support, administrative roles, or client-facing positions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customer interactions with empathy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
