Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and speed.
  • Process orders accurately and maintain up-to-date documentation in our CRM system.
  • Proactively resolve customer complaints by investigating issues and providing effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal supply chain and warehouse teams to track delivery statuses for clients.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and service performance for management.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Leviat’s product range to provide accurate technical assistance.
  • Support sales and administrative teams in daily operational tasks to ensure service continuity.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support, administrative roles, or client-facing positions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customer interactions with empathy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
