- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels

- Collaborate with team members to develop effective solutions for complex customer problems
- Provide timely follow-up on all customer cases to ensure resolution

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when handling customer issues
- Proficiency in using computers and customer service software applications
