- Serve as the primary point of contact for offshore clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries.
- Analyze customer data and transaction history to provide efficient, value-added service solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic, and clear communication.
- Adhere to global compliance standards, data privacy protocols, and internal service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflow processes and improve service delivery quality.
- Document customer interactions and case details accurately within internal CRM systems.
- Escalate complex issues to senior stakeholders while ensuring proper tracking and follow-through.
Kualifikasi
