Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that maximize product/service value
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups
- Identify opportunities for business growth and collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic approaches
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and implement initiatives to improve overall experience
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in customer relationship management systems
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to provide valuable customer insights and feedback
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex matters when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or customer success roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically
- Proficiency in using CRM software and customer relationship management tools
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Proven track record of building successful client relationships and achieving customer satisfaction goals
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
