In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for all post-sales support activities related to software products sold by TR Legal (Philippines), ensuring our clients maximize the value of their investment in our legal technology solutions.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued enterprise clients, building strong relationships and driving adoption of our cutting-edge legal software platforms. Your proactive approach will help identify opportunities for expansion while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates
- Drive product adoption and utilization through proactive engagement, training, and best practice sharing
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account revenue
- Monitor customer health metrics and develop action plans to address at-risk accounts
- Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve complex product issues
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to demonstrate value and gather feedback
- Collaborate with product teams to communicate customer requirements and feature requests
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services
- Proven track record of managing enterprise client relationships
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and customer success platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
