Join our dynamic Customer Success team at Private Advertiser as a Project Intern for the Lark APAC region, starting in 2026. Tanggung Jawab
- Support customer success initiatives for APAC clients using Lark platform
- Assist in onboarding new customers and training programs
- Monitor customer health metrics and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback
- Help develop retention strategies and engagement campaigns
- Prepare performance reports and customer success documentation
- Participate in cross-functional project meetings
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong interest in customer success/account management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient with CRM tools and project management software
- Ability to analyze customer data and identify trends
- Proactive problem-solving and relationship-building skills
- Available for 6-month internship starting 2026
- Previous customer service or internship experience preferred
