In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that every customer interaction is met with professionalism, efficiency, and a solution-driven mindset.

We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in Mandarin to support our diverse client base. You will bridge the gap between customer needs and operational workflows, ensuring seamless service delivery and high satisfaction rates. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily customer inquiries and support requests via multiple channels (email, phone, chat) with high professional standards.
  • Provide expert-level support in Mandarin to facilitate smooth communication and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure orders and merchandising requests are processed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases to track service performance and trends.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance the customer journey and operational efficiency.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving techniques to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction metrics and operational KPIs for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Full professional proficiency in Mandarin (verbal and written) is mandatory to support our target market.
  • Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or operations-related role.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail or merchandising environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, diverse team.
