This 6-month traineeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client success, account management, and high-level business operations. Working closely with our experienced Client Success Managers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of travel services, optimizing business workflows, and enhancing the overall customer journey. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Client Success Managers in daily account management and client communication tasks.
- Support the coordination and execution of business operations and internal administrative processes.
- Monitor customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for service improvement.
- Help in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis to track client success goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and enhance service efficiency.
- Provide operational support for key client onboarding and platform integration projects.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within our CRM systems.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Passion for the travel and tourism industry is highly preferred.
