Are you ready to jumpstart your career in the travel-tech industry? Trip.com Group, a global leader in online travel services, is looking for a motivated and dynamic Customer Success Trainee to join our GRIT (Growth, Resilience, Innovation, Talent) traineeship program in Singapore.

This 6-month traineeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client success, account management, and high-level business operations. Working closely with our experienced Client Success Managers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of travel services, optimizing business workflows, and enhancing the overall customer journey. You will be immersed in a fast-paced, multicultural environment where innovation and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist Client Success Managers in daily account management and client communication tasks.
  • Support the coordination and execution of business operations and internal administrative processes.
  • Monitor customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for service improvement.
  • Help in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis to track client success goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and enhance service efficiency.
  • Provide operational support for key client onboarding and platform integration projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within our CRM systems.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Passion for the travel and tourism industry is highly preferred.
