Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sales administration including order processing, invoicing, and documentation
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and digital channels with prompt resolution
- Coordinate operational activities between local and export sales departments
- Maintain accurate customer databases and CRM systems
- Prepare monthly reports on customer interactions and sales metrics
- Support logistics coordination for domestic and international shipments
- Assist in developing customer service protocols and training materials
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or administrative support role
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
