Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve high-volume inbound customer inquiries via live chat and email platforms.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and methods.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments for faster resolution.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify improvements in support workflows and communication templates.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain brand consistency.
Kualifikasi
- Exceptional written English communication skills with high attention to grammar and tone.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service environment (Chat/Email experience preferred).
- Strong typing skills (at least 40-50 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and multi-tasking across several browser tabs or applications.
- Proven ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure or when dealing with frustrated customers.
- Openness to working in a shifting schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
