Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Support sales operations through order processing, tracking, and customer follow-ups
  • Manage and optimize chatbot interactions for efficient customer service
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvements
  • Assist in training new support staff on company policies and tools

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; diploma holders preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service or administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is advantageous
