Tanggung Jawab
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Support sales operations through order processing, tracking, and customer follow-ups
- Manage and optimize chatbot interactions for efficient customer service
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes
- Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvements
- Assist in training new support staff on company policies and tools
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; diploma holders preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is advantageous
- Proven track record of meeting customer satisfaction targets
