Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify and assess customer needs to provide accurate and efficient solutions or alternatives.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the issue, and selecting the best solution.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for follow-up.
- Document all interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system accurately.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of client products, services, and policies to ensure high-quality support.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handle Time (AHT), and First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to contribute to a positive team environment and continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma (Senior High School Graduate); an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- At least 6 months of experience in a Customer Service or BPO setting is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, internet browsing) and typing skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Empathetic listener with a passion for helping others and a customer-first mindset.
