Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional tone.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product knowledge.
- Adhere to daily performance metrics and quality assurance standards to meet company goals.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members when required.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center operations (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as needed.
