Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality support to Maxicare members via phone, email, and chat regarding their healthcare benefits and services.
- Utilize clinical knowledge to interpret medical inquiries and provide accurate, empathetic guidance.
- Facilitate the processing of Letters of Authorization (LOA) and other member service requests efficiently.
- Coordinate with clinics, hospitals, and medical providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions in our CRM system.
- Resolve member complaints and issues with a high degree of professionalism and care.
- Stay updated with the latest HMO products, provider networks, and medical coverage policies.
- Contribute to team goals by achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and response time.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a graduate of any Allied Health course (e.g., Nursing, MedTech, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Radiologic Technology, etc.).
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and professional composure in high-pressure situations.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Must be willing to work on-site at Ayala North Exchange, Makati City.
- Previous internship experience in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
