Tanggung Jawab

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Process insurance policy documentation and ensure data accuracy in the system.
  • Educate clients on insurance coverage, billing, and policy benefits to ensure transparency.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve complex client issues.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by adhering to quality standards and timelines.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM database.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and compliance requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of College education or Senior High School graduate with relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in BPO, insurance, or customer service is a significant advantage.
  • High level of comfort using computers and navigating multiple web-based applications simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
