Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve insurance policy claims, coverage questions, and billing discrepancies
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Escalate complex issues to senior specialists or department leads
- Meet performance metrics for call resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Document interactions and follow compliance protocols for insurance regulations
- Participate in regular training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma; college degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or insurance support
- Proficient in English and Tagalog with clear verbal/written communication
- Basic knowledge of insurance terminology (policies, claims, underwriting)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
- Customer-centric mindset with patience and empathy
