Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding telecom services with empathy and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot basic service issues and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
- Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the internal database.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing efficient and accurate support.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to improve service delivery processes.
- Stay updated on new product features, service changes, and company policies.
- Adhere to all operational KPIs, including handle time and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Educational attainment of at least High School or Senior High School graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple windows/systems simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- No BPO experience required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are highly valued.
