Tanggung Jawab
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and live chat.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate solutions to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the project team.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices and supporting peers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates (Degree/Diploma) are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in English and another required language is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work in a rotating shift pattern, including weekends and public holidays.
