Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding client products, services, and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve customer issues or complaints effectively.
  • Document and update customer records in the CRM system with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members or management as needed.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to customer satisfaction, response time, and quality.
  • Contribute to team meetings and projects to improve overall support processes.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficient with CRM software, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willing to work full-time on-site in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
  • Able to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, if required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in any field is a plus, but not required.
