  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing, shipping, or order documentation.
  • Assist in the maintenance of customer records and data integrity within company platforms.

Kualifikasi

  • Possess a recognized Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or office administration.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a mandatory requirement for this role.
