Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive customer support in both Tagalog and English across phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently with first-contact resolution

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or call center environment
- Native fluency in Tagalog and professional proficiency in English
