Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide world-class customer support via voice, chat, and email channels.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including CSAT and AHT.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance communication and troubleshooting skills.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in a BPO or customer service environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer applications and multitasking across systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to work on flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
