Tanggung Jawab
- Provide world-class customer support via voice, chat, and email channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including CSAT and AHT.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance communication and troubleshooting skills.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a BPO or customer service environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency in navigating computer applications and multitasking across systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work on flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
