Customer Support Representative Opportunity in Roxas City

This is a full-time, onsite position with a competitive salary range of ₱18,000 – ₱27,000 per month. About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your main responsibilities will include answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service via phone, email, and chat. You will use our systems to accurately document interactions and ensure customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who is proactive, empathetic, and enjoys helping others. The recruitment process includes a phone screening to assess your fit for the role.

Tanggung Jawab
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns
- Document all customer interactions and update records in the CRM system
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus
- At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
- Ability to work onsite in Roxas City, Capiz
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
