Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via multiple channels including voice, chat, and email to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Provide accurate information regarding Shaw products, services, and billing inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot technical concerns and guide customers through resolution steps effectively.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic support.
  • Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system for future reference and quality tracking.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve service delivery.
  • Adhere to quality standards, compliance regulations, and performance KPIs set by the account.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college education or a Senior High School graduate with relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and ability to multitask across different platforms.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or technical support role is highly preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting schedules.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
