Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers in navigating products or services and provide accurate information regarding company policies.
- Log detailed and accurate notes in the CRM system for every customer interaction.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical or service-related issues escalated by customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service changes to provide up-to-date assistance.
- Meet daily and monthly performance metrics regarding call handling and customer satisfaction scores.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; College degree is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Computer literacy and basic technical aptitude.
