Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding telecommunications services.
  • Provide accurate and efficient information to resolve customer concerns on the first contact.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic service.
  • Document customer interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and support staff to troubleshoot complex technical or billing issues.
  • Stay updated on new product features, service changes, and company policies.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance metrics including Quality Scores and Average Handling Time.

Kualifikasi

  • Open to High School graduates and Senior High School (SHS) graduates.
  • No prior BPO experience required; entry-level applicants are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer applications proficiently.
  • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn.
  • Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro.
