Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Identify and qualify sales leads to meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets.
- Provide expert product recommendations tailored to meet unique customer needs.
- Document customer interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM system.
- Resolve customer escalations efficiently while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and account management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to remain competitive.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support or sales-driven roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive approach to sales.
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven, fast-paced BPO environment.
- Proficient computer navigation skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
