Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads to meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets.
  • Provide expert product recommendations tailored to meet unique customer needs.
  • Document customer interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM system.
  • Resolve customer escalations efficiently while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and account management.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to remain competitive.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support or sales-driven roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive approach to sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven, fast-paced BPO environment.
  • Proficient computer navigation skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
