Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Analyze and resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently while maintaining professional tone.
- Maintain deep knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including CSAT and AHT.
- Document customer interactions and account updates in the CRM system with precision.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance performance and service delivery standards.
Kualifikasi
- Educational attainment: At least Senior High School graduate or completed 2 years in College.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic technical proficiency and familiarity with web-based applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous BPO experience is a plus, but highly motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
