Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently while maintaining professional tone.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including CSAT and AHT.
  • Document customer interactions and account updates in the CRM system with precision.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance performance and service delivery standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Educational attainment: At least Senior High School graduate or completed 2 years in College.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic technical proficiency and familiarity with web-based applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous BPO experience is a plus, but highly motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
