Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer queries via phone, chat, or email with professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecommunications products and services.
- Educate customers on account features, billing details, and new service offerings.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handling Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and security protocols regarding customer data privacy.
Kualifikasi
- High School Graduate or Senior High School graduate; College undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations with patience.
- Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
