Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer queries via phone, chat, or email with professionalism and empathy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecommunications products and services.
  • Educate customers on account features, billing details, and new service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handling Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve service delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies and security protocols regarding customer data privacy.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Graduate or Senior High School graduate; College undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations with patience.
  • Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven work environment.
