Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls regarding HMO claims and healthcare inquiries.
- Accurately process and verify claims documentation according to company policies.
- Assist members in understanding their benefits, coverage, and claim statuses.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate complaints to senior support staff when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on healthcare regulations and company product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the claims team to ensure timely resolution of member requests.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in HMO, Health Insurance, or BPO.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional speaking voice.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 35-40 WPM).
- Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and MS Office applications.
- High level of patience, empathy, and customer-centricity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily performance targets.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules if required.
