Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via various communication channels.
  • Manage end-to-end verification processes, including I-9, E-Verify, and SSN documentation.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with standard operating procedures and data privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client inquiries and administrative bottlenecks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our internal management system.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement to enhance team productivity.
  • Participate in regular team briefings and ongoing professional development training.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service, administrative, or BPO role.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive documentation.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office or G-Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to learn new software systems and specialized compliance procedures.
  • Must be based in or willing to commute to Bacoor City, Cavite.
