Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding finance-related account queries.
- Analyze and resolve account discrepancies with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain deep knowledge of financial policies, regulations, and account management procedures.
- Document customer interactions meticulously within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical or financial issues.
- Achieve and maintain departmental KPIs regarding response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols in a financial services environment.
Kualifikasi
- Exceptional proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a financial or BPO account.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex financial software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong digital literacy and ability to multitask across different platforms.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule environment in Pasay City.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, or a related field.
