  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding telecommunication services.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to internet connectivity and mobile services.
  • Provide accurate information regarding billing, account status, and service plans.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions clearly within our internal CRM system.
  • Escalate complex technical or billing concerns to the appropriate department as per company guidelines.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet team-based performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on new product features, service changes, and policy updates.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years in college or a Senior High School graduate.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong ability to solve problems under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of telecommunication products and troubleshooting processes.
  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
