Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Accurately identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps.
  • Answer inquiries and provide information regarding products, services, and account details.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient support.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School Graduate or equivalent; College level/Graduate is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends as needed.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is an advantage, but not required for highly motivated individuals.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
