Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
- Accurately identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps.
- Answer inquiries and provide information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient support.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate or equivalent; College level/Graduate is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends as needed.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is an advantage, but not required for highly motivated individuals.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
