We are seeking a detail-oriented Customs Clearance & Logistics Executive to join our dynamic team in Tangerang. This pivotal role requires you to oversee and optimize export-import clearance operations while ensuring full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and company policies. You will be responsible for managing the entire customs clearance process, from documentation preparation to final release of goods, minimizing delays and costs. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex customs procedures and maintain excellent relationships with regulatory authorities. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end export-import clearance operations
- Ensure strict compliance with customs regulations, government policies, and company procedures
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate customs documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates)
- Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve clearance issues
- Monitor and maintain compliance with international trade laws and tariff classifications
- Conduct regular audits of customs processes to identify efficiency improvements
- Manage logistics documentation and track shipment status through clearance stages
- Train staff on customs compliance procedures and regulatory updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance or import/export operations
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures (BP Batam, Bea Cukai)
- Proficiency in customs documentation systems and logistics software
- Certification in customs brokerage or international trade (e.g., GSP, AEO) preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
