Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end customs clearance processes for imports and exports.
- Prepare, verify, and file all necessary customs documentation accurately and on time.
- Liaise directly with customs authorities and government agencies to resolve clearance issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian Customs and Excise regulations.
- Monitor and calculate customs duties, taxes, and tariff classifications.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth cargo flow.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
Kualifikasi
- Hold a valid PPJK License (Perseroan Pengusaha Jasa Kena Cukai).
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in customs brokerage.
- In-depth knowledge of trade laws, Incoterms, and HS Codes.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
