We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customs Specialist (Spare Parts) to oversee our import and export logistics operations. In this role, you will ensure the seamless flow of spare parts across borders, maintaining full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and optimizing supply chain efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process all customs documentation for incoming and outgoing spare parts shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure full compliance with local customs laws, regulations, and tariff classifications (HS Codes) for heavy equipment spare parts.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal logistics teams to resolve any clearance issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of import/export permits, bills of lading, and tax documents.
- Analyze shipping data to identify trends and suggest improvements for logistics cost reduction and efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of customs audit reports and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customs clearance, import/export procedures, or logistics management within the manufacturing or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations (e.g., PP 31/2018), VAT procedures, and HS Code classifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid BPJT (Perizinan Berusaha Barang Bergerak) registration is a plus.
