Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations for spare parts import/export operations
- Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation including invoices, packing lists, and certificates
- Coordinate with customs authorities and freight forwarders to expedite shipment clearance
- Monitor regulatory changes and update internal customs procedures accordingly
- Manage customs duties and tax calculations for spare parts transactions
- Resolve customs inquiries and issues from internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain detailed records of customs activities and prepare compliance reports
- Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize supply chain efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customs operations, preferably in manufacturing/heavy equipment
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations (B Customs) and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency in customs software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
