You will work closely with our facilities team to execute high-quality masonry projects, ranging from structural repairs to intricate finishing touches that define our sustainable design philosophy. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision installation of natural stone and brick masonry throughout the resort grounds.
- Execute structural repairs and maintenance to ensure the longevity and safety of resort buildings.
- Apply expert finishing techniques to surfaces to maintain a premium, natural aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the engineering and landscaping teams on renovation and improvement projects.
- Read and interpret technical drawings or architectural plans for masonry layouts.
- Ensure all worksites are kept clean, organized, and adhere to strict safety standards.
- Report material usage and project progress updates to the facilities supervisor regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Mason, Stone Worker, or relevant construction role.
- Strong understanding of material properties, including natural stone, mortar, and brick.
- Ability to execute detailed finishing work to a professional boutique standard.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in an outdoor resort environment.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and work with minimal supervision.
- Commitment to safety protocols and environmental preservation within a sustainable resort setting.
- Availability to work flexible hours as required by resort operations.
