We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Daily Worker Housekeeping to maintain the pristine condition of our luxury villas in Badung, Bali. As part of our housekeeping team, you will execute daily cleaning tasks including make-up rooms, turndown services, and deep cleaning according to established SOPs. You will manage linen and towel inventory, ensure amenities are fully stocked, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.
This full-time role demands excellent attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure every guest enjoys a spotless and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate has prior experience in housekeeping, familiar with cleaning products and tools, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform make-up room and turndown service according to standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Ensure all villa areas are clean, neat, and comfortable for guests
- Manage and replenish linen, towels, and guest amenities
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to management
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks and special requests as assigned
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or villa setting
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Physical fitness to perform cleaning tasks and lift or move items as needed
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts
- Basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- High school diploma or equivalent
