Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of villa interiors, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including pools, walkways, and lobbies.
- Ensure all housekeeping supplies and cleaning chemicals are stocked, handled, and stored according to safety protocols.
- Assist with linen management, including changing bed sheets, towels, and managing laundry cycles.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all facilities meet the property's premium hygiene standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor immediately.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests regarding their housekeeping needs or inquiries.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Attendant, Villa Attendant, or in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, chemical usage, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational needs.
- Professional grooming and a polite, helpful demeanor at all times.
- Basic communication skills in Indonesian; basic English proficiency is a plus.
