Suarga Sustainable Boutique Resort seeks a skilled Daily Worker (Stone Mason/Bricklayer) to join our construction and maintenance team in Badung, Bali. You'll play a pivotal role in preserving our resort's natural aesthetic by expertly installing and finishing natural stone and brickwork throughout the property. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to maintain the organic design integrity of our sustainable architecture while ensuring structural durability.
Working across diverse resort areas, you'll execute stone pairing, bricklaying, and surface finishing techniques that align with our eco-conscious design philosophy. Your responsibilities include ongoing maintenance of existing installations to preserve their beauty and functionality. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to Bali's premier sustainable hospitality destination while working in a dynamic, resort environment.

- Install natural stone and brick elements according to design specifications
- Perform precise finishing work on stone and brick surfaces
- Conduct regular maintenance of stone/brick structures to preserve aesthetic appeal
- Collaborate with design and construction teams for project alignment
- Adhere to sustainable construction practices and safety protocols
- Inspect and repair weathered or damaged stone/brickwork
- Use specialized tools and materials efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in stone masonry or bricklaying
- Proficiency in natural stone and brick installation techniques
- Knowledge of traditional and modern finishing methods
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in tropical conditions
- Strong attention to detail and precision craftsmanship
