Join LBS Bina Group's dynamic data team as our next Dashboard & Analytics Lead. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide data dashboards that transform raw data into actionable business insights. You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify key metrics, design intuitive visualizations, and drive data-driven decision-making across all departments. Your leadership will ensure our dashboards deliver real-time visibility into operational performance, customer behavior, and market trends, empowering leadership teams to make strategic decisions with confidence. As a mentor to your team, you'll champion analytics best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement in our data ecosystem.

- Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of scalable data dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and custom solutions
- Collaborate with business units to translate complex requirements into functional analytics solutions
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts and dashboard developers
- Develop KPI frameworks and performance metrics aligned with business objectives
- Present analytical findings to C-level executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Stay current with industry trends in data visualization and analytics methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in dashboard development tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
- Strong SQL proficiency and experience with data warehousing concepts
- Proven track record of managing analytics teams and projects
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies
