Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain accurate data records within internal public sector databases.
  • Support the processing and assessment of citizen appeals and feedback.
  • Prepare, verify, and reconcile data sets to ensure 100% accuracy for reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve service delivery through standardized administrative workflows.
  • Monitor and track project milestones, ensuring timely updates and documentation.
  • Assist in the generation of periodic reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team to ensure smooth operational flow.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or public sector operations is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage large volumes of data without errors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to commit to a full-time 12-month contract duration.
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
