Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement data collection systems using SQL and ETL tools
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions
- Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy through regular audits

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis methodologies
- Experience with A/B testing and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts
- Attention to detail with commitment to data integrity
